Discounts & Terms of Sale

HighBridge Audio uses Workman’s “Audio” regular book discounts and terms of sale for book trade accounts. Please contact your account manager for applicable terms of sale.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All trade orders for HighBridge Audio products are processed by Workman Publishing Company. RR Donnelley in Menasha, Wisconsin handles Workman's (and therefore HighBridge Audio's) warehouse fulfillment and returns processing. Please contact your Workman rep for additional information.

Returns (For retailers with “Returnable” terms only)

HighBridge Audio uses Workman’s returns policy, and all HighBridge Audio title returns should be sent to RR Donnelley for credit to their Workman account. Send returns with original invoice or packing slip to:

No return authorization is required. HighBridge Audio returns will be credited at original purchase price as long as customer includes original packing slip or invoice denoting original purchase price. Returns that do not include original packing slip or invoice will be credited at the highest earned discount. Retailer pays all return freight and handling costs on return shipments.
