Libraries wishing to order titles on CD may do so online using a credit card (sorry—we can only accept purchase orders "offline" at this time). Please call before placing your first order. We will establish an online account for you so that you receive your full discount. Prices listed on the website are before library discount. See the links above for information on how to order digital downloads and replacement CDs.

Payment Methods & Terms

HighBridge accepts purchase orders (via phone, fax, email) or Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit card payment (bothonline, and via phone, fax, email). Terms are net 30 days from invoice date. Invoices and statements will come from Workman Publishing, our parent company.

Replacement Policy

Library CD Editions: HighBridge offers lifetime free replacements of all library edition components to libraries and schools. Retail CD Editions: Libraries and schools with missing or damaged HighBridge retail CDs can purchase full copy replacements for all in-print HighBridge audio titles for $10.00 per copy plus shipping and handling.
To order replacements contact HighBridge Customer Service at 1-800-755-8532 or libraries@highbridgeaudio.com. Please include the following information:
     • Title
     • Product number or ISBN# if available (found on the audio packaging or individual CD)

Digital Downloads & Other Formats

Libraries and schools may purchase digital downloads of most HighBridge titles from OverDrive, NetLibrary, or Ingram. Digital offerings on this website are available for sale only to direct consumers. Many HighBridge titles are also available in the Playaway format wherever you currently purchase this format.
