- Do not expire.
- Have no fees (beyond merely the purchase price/value of certificate itself).
- Can be shared by you with other individuals. (However, please note that all use will decrease the balance available on the certificate. Treat your certificate number like cash; keep it secure from unauthorized access.)
- Can be used to purchase any item on our website that can be legally sold/shipped to you (refer to the "AVAILABILITY" information below the product image on the product's information page).
- Can be purchased and sent to yourself or to someone else (one addressee per certificate).
- How to Purchase a Gift Certificate
- Buying a Single Certificate:
- Visit our Gift Certificate category.
- Select the denomination you wish to purchase.
- Enter the recipient information and the quantity of certificates (and a gift message, if you wish).
- Click add to cart.
- If you choose, continue shopping for other products, including additional gift certificates (more on buying multiple gift certificates below).
- Check out as you would normally. As with any other product purchase, you will have the chance to review your order and remove any items, including gift certificates, from your cart prior to final checkout.
- Buying Multiple Gift Certificates:
- If you want to buy more than one gift certificate for the same recipient in the same denomination, simply put the appropriate number in the "Qty" field before adding to cart.
- If you want to buy multiple gift certificates for different recipients, simply add them to cart one at a time, updating the recipient/qty/gift message information each time, and clicking "Add to Cart" with each change in recipient.
- To buy multiple gift certificates in different denominations, simply go back to the gift certificate category, select the desired new denomination, add the necessary information, and "Add to Cart."
- Order Confirmation/Gift Certificate Delivery:
- If you sent the certificate to your self:
- You will receive both an order
confirmation email, which includes the certificate number (used
to redeem the certificate), and also a gift certificate email, which
includes the certificate number and also the PIN
(used to check the certificate balance). Be sure to save the gift
certificate email, so that you have both pieces of information
handy.

- You can also see your order, as you would any other order, in "My
Account" (see below).

- You will also be able to check
your balance via "My Account" by entering the certificate number and
PIN.

- If you sent the certificate to someone else:

You will
receive an order confirmation email that lists the recipient, email and any
custom message you included (see at right), but it will not contain the certificate
number or PIN numberwhich also means you will not be able to check the balance
of the certificate; all that information remains confidential to the recipient.
- You can, however, see the order, as you would any other order, in "My Account."
- Your recipient will receive a "You've been
sent a Gift Certificate" email that will list you as the sender and include the
certificate number and the PIN number, along with any gift message you may have
chosen to include.

Order Confirmations and Gift Certificate emails are normally sent within minutes of the final successful completion of your order.
- How to Use/Redeem a Gift Certificate
- Locate your Gift Certificate number on the Gift Certificate email you received. The code begins with and includes the word "HighBridge-". (Note: You do not need the PIN to redeem a certificate, you only need it should you wish to check the remaining balance of your certificate. More on that below.)
- If you have a HighBridge website account, sign in. If not, create an account and sign in.
- "Add to Cart" the items you wish to purchase.
- Click "View Cart." From the cart you will see directly below the items you selected a field called "Coupon Codes/Gift Certificates."
- Enter your certificate number and click "Apply
Coupon."

- Check the "Grand Total" area to the right of the "Coupon Codes" area. You should see the Certificate has been applied to your balance due. If your order was less than your certificate balance, your Grand Total will read $0.00. If not, it will show a balance due that you will need to pay by credit card during the final stages of checkout.
- Click "Checkout" and complete all steps of the checkout process until you see the final "Thank You for Your Order" confirmation screen.
If you are an international (non-US) customer, please note: A Gift Certificate can only be used to purchase a product that can be legally sold/shipped to you. To avoid problems during checkout, please check the "AVAILABILITY" information below the product image on the product's information page before adding an item to cart.
- How to Check Your Gift Certificate Balance
- Log in to the website, then select "My Account" (both items
found in the upper right corner of the website. From there, select "Check
Your Gift Card Balance" from the options to the left. Enter the certificate number and
its
PIN. Click "Check Balance."

- FAQs / Problems with Your Gift Certificate
- I lost the certificate number. Please contact us, providing as much information re: the original purchase (approximate order date, your name, email) and we will look up the certificate number and PIN for you.
- I incorrectly entered the email address for my recipient. Please contact us, providing the order number on your order confirmation email. We can assist you with either voiding/cancelling the original order or redirecting the certificate email to the proper email (whichever will best prevent fraudulent use of the original certificate).
- I never got an order confirmation email or the gift certificate email.
- If you purchased the certificate for yourself: Please first check "My Account" to see if the order shows in your account ("My Orders"; "View Order") and if the email you have provided is correct (update, if not). If you sent the certificate to yourself, all the details needed to use the certificate are within the order details in "My Account" and you can print a copy for your reference from there. If you do not see the order, please contact us, and we will check if the order shows up as completed/credit card charged in our system. Note that if you sent the certificate to someone else, you will receive an order confirmation but not also a gift certificate email. Your recipient receives the gift certificate email.
- If you have been told you should have received a gift certificate email but did not: First check that the original purchaser used your correct email address. In any case, have the original purchaser contact us so that we can work with them to remedy the situation.
- I've decided against using my gift certificate for an order, but I've already "applied" it. How do I undo that? From the "View Cart" screen, click the words "Gift Certificate" in the "Grand Total" area to reveal a small "X" box. Click on the box, and the certificate "credit" will be removed. Proceed to checkout as normal.
- There doesn't seem to be the available balance left on the card that I was expecting. First, check your order history in "My Account"; you may have forgotten an order or misremembered a previous order total. If you still see a discrepancy, contact us (for easiest assistance, please have your certificate number handy). We can check the activity on the certificate to see if there was order activity by anyone other than yourself (see note above about keeping your certificate number secure), or work with you on whatever the underlying issue might be.
- What can I purchase with a gift certificate? With the exception of another gift certificate, you can purchase any title in any format that can be sold/shipped to your country. For a US consumer customer downloading/shipping to the US, that means you can purchase anything from our website except another gift certificate.
- Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions
- Redemption. Gift Certificates must be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on HighBridgeAudio.com. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Certificate balance. Unused balances are not refunded, but do remain available indefinitely. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Certificate, the balance must be paid with a credit card accepted by HighBridgeAudio.com. Gift Certificate recipients can see information about the redemption status of Gift Certificates by visiting "My Account" on HighBridgeAudio.com and "Check Gift Certificate Balance." Gift Certificate purchasers wishing to inquire about the redemption status of a Certificate sent to a recipient other than themselves may call 1-800-755-8532 for assistance.
- Limitations. Gift Certificates may only be redeemed at HighBridgeAudio.com on product that can be legally sold by HighBridge in the redeemer's country. Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase other Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Unused Gift Certificate balances may not be transferred.
- Risk of Loss. The risk of loss and title for Gift Certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
- Fraud. HighBridge Company will have the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Certificate is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on HighBridgeAudio.com.
- Limitation of Liability. HIGHBRIDGE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
- Disputes. These Terms and Conditions and the rights of the parties hereunder and/or arising from, directly or indirectly, the Gift Certificates shall be governed by, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any action hereunder shall be in the State of Minnesota, whether or not such venue is or subsequently becomes inconvenient, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of Minnesota, County of Hennepin, and the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota.
- Expiration. HighBridge Gift Certificates do not expire.
- General Terms. HighBridge Gift Certificates are deemed purchased in and issued from the State of Minnesota. When you purchase, receive or redeem a HighBridge Gift Certificate, you agree that the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Gift Certificate terms and conditions. HighBridge Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
