Shipping & Delivery
Please see below for delivery standards. Orders must be received by 11am CT to make the processing cut off for UPS 2nd Day Air orders. 2nd Day Air orders received after 11am CT will be processed and shipped the following business day.
HighBridge is closed for all national holidays, New Year's Eve Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve Day. Orders received on those days, including rush orders, will be processed on the next business day.
We ship to addresses in the United States, its territories, and Canada only.

*Before taxes. Downloadable items do not incur a shipping charge; they do not count towards your total for shipping calculation purposes.
Billing Information
HighBridge accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Credit card charges will show on credit card statement as Workman Publishing, our parent company.

Sales Tax
Tax is added where HighBridge is required by law to collect it. Currently, digital downloads are exempt from taxes.

International Ordering
At this time HighBridge accepts only orders to addresses in the U.S., its territories, and Canada. Some titles are further restricted to sale only in the U.S. (see the information under the product's image for details).

Please also note: Our website currently does not allow you to bill from one country but ship to another. Your credit card transaction will come back declined. This is due to constraints on the system to prevent accidental sales outside our legal territories. For instance, if you order with a US billing address but a Canadian shipping address, even if we have rights to sell that title into Canada, the transaction will not go through. Please call (1-800-755-8532) or email highbridge@highbridgeaudio.com. If we have the right to sell to your ship-to country ("AVAILABILITY" info located underneath the cover image on each product page), we'll process your order offline.

Returns & Replacements
Defective Physical (CD, book, DVD) Product:
Any defective physical item may be returned for replacement or credit. Include a note explaining why you are returning the merchandise and whether you would like replacement or credit. Please include your daytime phone number.

Other Physical Product Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with the product you ordered, for any reason, simply return it within 90 days of the order date, and we will promptly replace it or refund the merchandise. Instructions are on your packing slip. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Exceptions: No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a packing slip. No returns will be accepted on merchandise if opened, unless defective. Please include your daytime phone number.

Digital Downloads:
Due to the nature of the product, digital downloads are nonreturnable. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you have an issue with a digital download purchase, contact us by email highbridge@highbridgeaudio.com or call 1-800-755-8532.

Viewing Orders
Log in and connect via the link in the upper right corner of the website to "My Account" to see your order history. If you have ordered downloadable product, you can access download links from your order history.

Updating Account Information
